Terms & Conditions

• Rentals are for a 24 hour period unless other arrangements have been made.  Late fees may be applied.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation, the balance is payable at the time of delivery or pick up by the customer.
• There are no refunds for unused rental items.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Clients must confirm quantities at least 7 days prior to the rental date.
• China, glassware and flatware need not be washed prior to their return, but for health reasons should be rinsed, and returned  in their original shipping containers.
• Linens must be returned dry and free of wax & refuse.
• All other equipment must be returned clean or charges will incur.
• Equipment must be protected from the weather and should be taken down and stacked before we arrive for pickup to avoid additional charges.
• Delivery, pickup, set up and tear down services are available at an additional charge.  Please let us know in advance if you would prefer any of these options.  Charges are determined by location and quantities. Quote available on request.
• Replacement charges will be billed for broken, damaged or missing items.
